Oconto Falls was the 2-0 winner over Mosinee when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indians on Friday. The Panthers' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Rhiana Van De Yacht paced Oconto Falls' offense, picking up eight kills. Van De Yacht got some help from Izzy Otto and her 18 assists. Brylee Gorman controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Taelyn Jirschele was the offensive standout of the contest as she had 12 digs and one assist.

Oconto Falls' loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Mosinee, the win keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Oconto Falls didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Bay Port on the 30th. As for Mosinee, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Waupaca on the 30th.
