The Paola Panthers will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against the Baldwin Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. on February 6th. Given that the pair suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.
Last Tuesday, Paola was beaten by the Wildcats 47-16. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Paola has scored all season.
Meanwhile, Baldwin unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Thursday. They ended up on the wrong side of a tough 70-50 walloping at the hands of Ottawa.
Paola dropped their record down to 0-13 with that defeat, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Baldwin, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 11-3.
Paola suffered a grim 62-41 defeat to the Bulldogs in their previous matchup back in December of 2023. Can Paola avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
