Waite dropped their record down to 0-16 with that loss, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Springfield, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-9.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Waite will challenge Scott at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Scott presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Waite in Ohio (Scott is ranked 244th, while Waite is ranked 773rd). Springfield will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Southview at 7:15 p.m. on January 26th.
