She looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out six batters over  three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. Gonzalez was also stellar in the batter's box,  going 3-for-3 with five  RBI, two  runs,  and a  triple.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Alyssa Salas, who  scored four  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in four of her five plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Dana Cervantes, who  scored two  runs while  getting on base  in three of her five plate appearances.
