Weiss fell victim to Dripping Springs and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They lost 10-0 to the Tigers. The Wolves' defeat signaled the end of their seven-game winning streak.

Weiss' loss dropped their record down to 15-11. As for Dripping Springs, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 22-6-1.

Looking ahead, Weiss will be playing in front of their home fans against Pflugerville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wolves are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Dripping Springs, they will head out to face off against Georgetown at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Eagles' pitching crew has only allowed 3.3 runs per game this season, so the Tigers' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
