Crestline and the Redbirds are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2018, but not for long. The Crestline Bulldogs will look to defend their home court on Friday against the Loudonville Redbirds at 7:30 p.m. Both teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for Crestline and three for the Redbirds.
Last Tuesday, Crestline was the victim of a tough 56-32 loss at the hands of the Rockets.
Meanwhile, Loudonville was beaten by the Cubs 82-54 on Friday. While losing is never fun, Loudonville can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 779th, while the Cubs are ranked 387th).
Crestline's defeat was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Loudonville, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season.
Crestline lost to the Redbirds at home by a decisive 83-68 margin in their previous meeting back in January. Will Crestline have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
