They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Oroville kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Waterville only managed six hits.
Oroville's victory bumped their record up to 8-2-1. As for Waterville, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-7.
