The Huskies were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Giants apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2022.
Monadnock's loss dropped their record down to 10-3. As for Bishop Brady, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 13-1.
We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Monadnock will challenge rival Stevens at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Bishop Brady is set to square off against their familiar foe Conant at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Giants 1.9, the Orioles 1.8) so any runs scored will be well earned.
