It was fun while it lasted, but Somerville's undefeated season came to an end after four games on Monday. They fell just short of the West Windsor-Plainsboro North Knights by a score of 54-51. The loss was the Pioneers' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Somerville fell to 4-1. As for West Windsor-Plainsboro North, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Somerville will welcome Middlesex at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Middlesex will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Somerville surely won't give up without a fight. As for West Windsor-Plainsboro North, they will face off against Hamilton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
