Coosa Christian won the last time they faced Appalachian, and things went their way on Friday, too. Everything went Coosa Christian's way against Appalachian as they made off with a 45-22 win. Coosa Christian was expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
The win got Coosa Christian back to even at 1-1. The loss dropped Appalachian's record to 0-2.
Coosa Christian are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against R.A. Hubbard next week at 7:00 PM. As for Appalachian, they will face off against Talladega County Central. Appalachian continues their travels as they hit the road for the second straight game.
