Lake View is 8-1 against Hannah-Pamplico since January of 2017, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Lake View Wild Gators will head out on the road to challenge the Hannah-Pamplico Raiders at 6:15 p.m. Lake View is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last four games.
In what's become a running theme this season, Lake View gave their fans yet another huge win last Friday. They put the hurt on Green Sea Floyds with a sharp 48-23 win. The team accrued 38 points in the first half and coasted on those for the win.
Jaleya Ford and Gwendasia Page were among the main playmakers for Lake View as the former scored 17 points along with four steals and the latter dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Ford has scored at least a third of Lake View's points. Another player making a difference was Zy'Kiara Waters, who scored 11 points along with four steals.
Even though Hannah-Pamplico has not done well against Green Sea Floyds recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. Hannah-Pamplico walked away with a 48-37 victory over Green Sea Floyds.
Lake View's victory was their 15th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-4. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.4 points per game. As for Hannah-Pamplico, their win bumped their record up to 3-13.
Everything came up roses for Lake View against Hannah-Pamplico when the teams last played back in February of 2023 as the squad secured a 57-16 victory. With Lake View ahead 35-10 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
