The Life Academy Biohazards lost against the Madison Park Academy Trojan-Warriors last Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Life Academy took a 59-41 bruising from Madison Park Academy. Life Academy has struggled against Madison Park Academy recently, as their game on Tuesday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
Darius Mason was his usual excellent self, dropping a triple-double on 26 points, 30 rebounds, and ten blocks for Madison Park Academy. The matchup was Mason's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Josiah Suddath was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with seven rebounds.
Life Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Madison Park Academy, their victory was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Life Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Oakland Charter at 4:30 p.m. on January 12, 2024. As for Madison Park Academy, they have the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Sierra at 6:00 p.m. on December 20th.
