After a string of three wins, Sage Creek's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They lost 3-0 to the Mountain Empire Redhawks. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Bobcats have suffered since September 17, 2024.

Sage Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Mountain Empire, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-6.

Sage Creek didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against El Toro on the 12th. As for Mountain Empire, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Campbell Hall on the 13th.
