Gentry came tearing into Wednesday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14.3 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Berryville Bobcats. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Pioneers also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Gentry's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-3. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.0 runs over those games. As for Berryville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.

Gentry has already played their next game (against Rogers), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Berryville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 19-0 defeat against Pea Ridge on the 10th.
