The Hill Hawks lost against the Chisholm Trail Academy Blazers back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Hill took a serious blow against Chisholm Trail Academy, falling 75-38. Hill has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Tony Planells was his usual excellent self, shooting 4-for-6 from deep and dropping a double-double on 26 points and 12 rebounds for Chisholm Trail Academy. Planells has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times he's played. Another player making a difference was Ivan Ogaz, who scored 12 points.
Hill has not been sharp recently as the team has lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season. As for Chisholm Trail Academy, they pushed their record up to 14-11 with that win, which was their fifth straight at home.
Hill does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Chisholm Trail Academy, they will take on Victory Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Victory Christian Academy will roll in looking for their 12th straight win, something Chisholm Trail Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
