The biggest upset of the week belonged to Bensalem, who took down 110th ranked Bensalem, 39-20.
Abington moved up to 95 from 126 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Suburban One - National. The Galloping Ghosts were able to make the jump by beating the Fighting Owls 39-20.
Council Rock North's dynamic duo of Brandon McIlwain and Brandon Knotts proved tough for William Tennent to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. McIlwain threw for 124 yards and one touchdown and Knotts had 83 yards receiving. Matt Cabo helped Council Rock North's passing attack out by catching four balls for 26 yards.
Nate Hall was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 10 carries, he ran for 136 yards as Neshaminy topped the Panthers. Teammate D'andre Pollard added to the ground attack by rushing for 49 yards.
Council Rock North's McIlwain and Knotts have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. McIlwain has thrown for 704 yards this season, while Knotts has 13 catches for 281 yards. Hall from the Redskins leads the league in rushing with 415 yards.
There should be lots of points scored when Neshaminy and Adam Collachi's team face off this week. The top two offenses in the league, Mark Schmidt's team comes in having scored 141 this season, while the Indians have scored 102. The Redskins scored 48 points last week as they beat Harry S. Truman.
Neshaminy took down the Tigers 48-13 last week, the largest margin of any game. Hall in the win.
