Football Recap: Ogden's Win on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Four + How To Watch

Ogden won against Clearfield last Friday with 24 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Tigers' defense stepped up to hand the Preston Indians a 24-0 shutout. The win was nothing new for the Tigers as they're now sitting on four straight.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Ogden to victory, but perhaps none more so than Keen Crowther, who rushed for 83 yards and one touchdown on only ten carries. Another rusher making a difference was Anderson Curry, who rushed for 73 yards and one TD.

Ogden didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Gavin Shreve and Jackson Turner. Another thorn in Preston's side was Max Wilson, who made 15 total tackles (2.0 for loss).

Ogden's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Preston, their defeat was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ogden will head out to face off against Logan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The match will give the Tigers their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Preston, they are taking a road trip to challenge Burley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
