Buckingham Charter has enjoyed a six-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will challenge the Sacramento Country Day Cavaliers at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Last Saturday, Buckingham Charter was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 40-39 to the Wolves. Meanwhile, Sacramento Country Day's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their fourth straight loss. They were dealt a 93-54 defeat at the hands of Valley Christian. Buckingham Charter's loss dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Sacramento Country Day, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost eight of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season.
Buckingham Charter strolled past the Cavaliers in their previous meeting back in January by a score of 60-42. The rematch might be a little tougher for Buckingham Charter since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
