Baseball Recap: East Union Victorious

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when East Union and Nodaway Valley meet (three straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Friday. The Eagles walked away with a 5-2 win over the Wolverines. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Wolverines recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

East Union now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Nodaway Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.

East Union will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Wolverines: the pair will be back at it again later today.
