On Friday Bothell take on Redmond at 7:00 PM. Neither Bothell nor Redmond could muster much offensive firepower in their last games, so look to the defense to decide this one.
Bothell were the first on the board but had to settle for second at the end of their contest against Woodinville last Friday. Bothell fell to Woodinville 10-17. A silver lining for Bothell was the play of senior Erik Bainter, who passed for 170 yards and 1 touchdown. Bainter has been a consistent playmaker for Bothell as this was the 3rd good game in a row from him.
Meanwhile, things haven't been easy for Redmond, and their matchup last Thursday only extended their streak of losses to three. They found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 10-31 punch to the gut against North Creek. The state rankings had actually given Redmond a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. Find out which team's record gets a tune-up and which team falls into a funk by watching the game and checking back on MaxPreps for the full scoop.
