The West Allis Central Bulldogs's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 67-24 loss at the hands of Shorewood. West Allis Central has not had much luck with Shorewood recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Serinity Metcalfe was on fire for Shorewood: she scored 44 points. The contest was Metcalfe's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Raelyn Harris, who scored 15 points.
West Allis Central's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Shorewood, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Allis Central is on the road again on Thursday and play against New Berlin West at 7:00 p.m. on December 7th. As for Shorewood, they will face off against Brown Deer at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Brown Deer knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past five games -- so hopefully Shorewood likes a good challenge.
