The Georgia Military College Bulldogs and the Glascock County Panthers will face off at 6:00 p.m. on February 6th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Georgia Military College is no doubt hoping to put an end to an 11-game streak of away losses dating back to last season.
Last Saturday, Georgia Military College was beaten by the Trojans 63-16. Georgia Military College has not had much luck with the Trojans recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Corrinne Rudolph, who scored eight points.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Georgia Military College struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only three offensive rebounds. They are winless (0-6) when they can't control their own glass like that.
Meanwhile, Glascock County was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Saturday as they fell 56-51 to the Trojans.
Georgia Military College's record now sits at 1-21. Glascock County's record is now 10-9.
Georgia Military College took a serious blow against the Panthers in their previous matchup back in January, falling 52-24. The game was all but decided by halftime, at which point Georgia Military College was down 34-10.
