The Martin County Gators will challenge the Currituck County Knights at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Martin County comes in on four and Currituck County on six.

Martin County better keep an eye on  Jamie Dance. He was instrumental in Currituck County's win, throwing for 219 yards and two  TDs while completing 76.5% of his passes, and also punching in one  touchdown on the ground.  Luka Britt got in on the action too, returning a kick for a touchdown.
 Special teams was a major factor in the game for Currituck County, racking up 11 points in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of  Britt, who ran a kickoff back for a touchdown.
