Last Saturday, Kokomo HomeSchool came up short against Fort Wayne HomeSchool and fell 78-69. Kokomo HomeSchool has struggled against Fort Wayne HomeSchool recently, as their contest on Saturday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the most dominant came from David Hart, who scored 17 points along with two steals. Grayson Hembree was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.
Columbus HomeSchool posted their closest victory yet this season on Monday. They had just enough and edged Louisville Collegiate out 77-74. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Columbus HomeSchool.
Columbus HomeSchool's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Nat Farnsley, who scored 18 points along with two steals. Another player making a difference was Kaden Greenlee, who scored 19 points along with eight assists.
Kokomo HomeSchool's defeat ended an 11-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 13-11. As for Columbus HomeSchool, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.
Kokomo HomeSchool was able to grind out a solid win over Columbus HomeSchool in their previous matchup back in December of 2022, winning 81-69. Does Kokomo HomeSchool have another victory up their sleeve, or will Columbus HomeSchool turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
