Meanwhile, St. Paul lost 13-3 to Paraclete on Tuesday. The Swordsmen have struggled against the Spirits recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meetings.

Bishop Amat's victory bumped their record up to 7-9. As for St. Paul, their loss dropped their record down to 6-6.
Thursday's game will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Bishop Amat hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .334. However, it's not like St. Paul struggles in that department as they've averaged .338. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
