The Tinora Rams will head out to square off against the Eastwood Eagles at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with Tinora sitting on three straight wins and Eastwood on six.
While Tinora's victory against Antwerp wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Rams skirted past the Archers 3-2.

Zoe Billings spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on four hits and racked up 12 Ks. Those 12 strikeouts set a new season-high mark for her.
At the plate, Paige Gamby was excellent, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.
Meanwhile, Eastwood got the win against Rossford on Wednesday by a conclusive 12-1. Considering the Eagles have won four contests by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.
MacKenzie Hady made a splash while hitting and pitching. She struck out eight batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits (and not a single walk). Hady was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 1-for-2.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Maddie Hartman, who scored two runs while going 1-for-2. Karly Wasserman was another key player, scoring a run while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.
Eastwood's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-0. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.2 runs over those games. As for Tinora, their record is now 4-2.
Everything went Tinora's way against Eastwood when the teams last played back in May of 2023, as Tinora made off with a 14-4 win. Do the Rams have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Eagles turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
