The contest was McCullon Jr.'s eighth in a row with at least ten points. Tristen Keys was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.
Laurel has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season. As for Hattiesburg, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-1.
