The Sandusky Blue Streaks entered their tilt with the Vermilion Sailors with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Sandusky enjoyed a cozy 64-47 win over Vermilion on Tuesday. That's another feather in the cap for Sandusky, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Leading Sandusky to victory were Mae Rameau and Ra'kiya Collier. Rameau dropped a double-double on 23 points and ten steals, while Collier dropped a double-double on 17 points and 16 rebounds. That's the first time this season that Collier scored 15 or more points. Denasia Coy was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with eight rebounds and six steals.
Sandusky pushed their record up to 3-5 with that win, which was their third straight at home.
