The Frankton Eagles waltzed into Friday's game with two straight wins but they left with three. They breezed by Shenandoah on the road to the tune of 54-23. Frankton might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won six contests by 20 points or more this season.
It was another big night for Emma Sperry, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 14 rebounds. The game was her third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Amaya Collins, who scored 10 points along with 8 steals.
Frankton has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season. As for Shenandoah, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-4.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Frankton will square off against Alexandria-Monroe at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Shenandoah, they will head out on the road to face off against Union County at 7:30 p.m. on December 2nd.
