It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Mountain City Christian Academy had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 57-37 margin over the Juneau-Douglas Crimson Bears. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 contests by 20 points or more this season.
It was another big night for Keelie Kronberger, who dropped a double-double with 17 points and 12 boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Jasmine Schaeffer, who posted ten points and five rebounds.
Mountain City Christian Academy has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups. That somehow still isn't as good as their 22-6 record this season. As for Juneau-Douglas, their loss dropped their record down to 20-8.
