Englewood took their contest on the road on Thursday with ease, bagging a 34-0 win over Hinkley. The victory was some much needed relief for the Pirates as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Denver West was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 208 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Prospect Ridge Academy only rushed for 104.
