The Terry Bulldogs won the last time they faced the Jim Hill Tigers, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Terry strolled past the Tigers with points to spare, taking the game 54-37. Given Terry's advantage in MaxPreps' Mississippi basketball rankings (they are ranked 36th, while the Tigers are ranked 156th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Terry's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Madison Jones, who scored ten points along with five rebounds and five blocks. Jones hasn't dropped below two blocks for four straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Maleah Young, who scored nine points along with three steals.
Terry is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 19-6 record this season. As for Jim Hill, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-13.
Terry does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Jim Hill also has no future games currently scheduled.
