The East Wake Warriors's game on Tuesday was all tied up 31-31 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. Their rough 66-46 loss to Wake Forest might stick with them for a while. East Wake has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Among those leading the charge was Audra Hillman, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 10 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Taya Simpkins, who scored 9 points along with 9 rebounds and 6 assists.
East Wake's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Wake Forest, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
East Wake will take on Northampton County at 12:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Wake Forest, they will be playing at home against Green Hope at 6:30 p.m. on November 30th.
