Middletown won the last time they faced Milton Hershey and things went their way on Thursday too. Middletown put the hurt on Milton Hershey with a sharp 12-2 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Blue Raiders.

Landon Keyser was a major factor no matter where he played. He pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Keyser was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-1. That stolen base was his first of the season.

In other batting news, Middletown got a massive performance out of Landon Cochran, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3. Cochran also hit a double, marking his first of the season. Brayden Reigle was another key player, scoring three runs while going 2-for-2.

Middletown always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .545. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Milton Hershey only posted an OBP of .263.

Middletown's record now sits at 3-1. As for Milton Hershey, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
