After a string of five wins, Atlantic Collegiate Academy's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They lost 18-3 to the East Clarendon Wolverines. The Armada were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Wolverines earlier this season, when they won 7-3.

Gianna Solinger made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2. Another player making a difference was Brooklyn Hrinkovich, who scored a run while going 2-for-2.

Atlantic Collegiate Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for East Clarendon, they pushed their record up to 9-5 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

Atlantic Collegiate Academy and East Clarendon will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matches. The next time the Armada see the field they'll take on King's Academy at 6:30 p.m. on the 25th. As for East Clarendon, their break will end when they face Marion at 7:30 p.m. on the 29th.
