King City won the last time they faced North Harrison and things went their way on Thursday too. The Wildkats were the clear victors by a 13-2 margin over the Shamrocks. With that win, the Wildkats brought their scoring average up to 6.4 runs per game.

Landon Carlson was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing three bases while going 2-for-3. Cayden Wainscott was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-4.

King City was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .467. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.

King City's record is now 3-4. As for North Harrison, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.

King City has already played their next contest, a 5-2 victory against East Atchison [Tarkio/Fairfax] on the 11th. As for North Harrison, they will venture away from home to face off against Stanberry at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Bulldogs have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 14 runs per game on average), something the Shamrocks will no doubt try to take advantage of.
