Everything went their way against Brooks on Friday as Westminster Christian Acadmey made off with a 48-27 win. Westminster Christian Acadmey might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won six contests by 21 points or more this season.
It was another big night for Brandon Musch, who rushed for 256 yards and six touchdowns while picking up 10.2 yards per carry. Musch is on a roll when it comes to rushing yards, as he's now rushed for 100 or more in the last three games he's played.
Brooks' lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Omar Joyner, who rushed for 116 yards and two touchdowns. Garrett Burrough also helped out as he racked up 112 rushing yards.
The victory (which was Westminster Christian Acadmey's third in a row) raised their record to 11-2. As for Brooks, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-5.
Westminster Christian Acadmey is on the road again on Friday and play against Cherokee County at 7:00 p.m. on December 1st. Cherokee County will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak. Brooks does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
