 Caitlin Gryszowka and  Grace Gray made a splash no matter where they played. On the mound,  Gryszowka   tossed four innings while giving up just one earned run off   three  hits. Meanwhile,  Gray   struck out six batters over  two innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits (and not a single walk). She has been consistent: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in six consecutive appearances. At the plate,  Gryszowka  went a perfect 3-for-3 with four  RBI and one  triple, while  Gray  went 2-for-4 with two  runs and one  triple. Those  four  RBI gave  Gryszowka a new career-high.
 In other batting news,  Lacie Godby and  Ava Allen did most of the damage at the plate:  Godby  went a perfect 3-for-3 with two  runs, one  double,  and one  RBI, while  Allen  went 3-for-4 with three  runs and one  RBI. Another player making a difference was  Tara Gruca, who  went 2-for-3 with two  runs and one  RBI.
 Cascade  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .576. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Greenwood only posted  an  OBP of  .143.
