East Noble has gone 9-1 against Lakeland recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Knights will challenge the Lakers at 10:00 a.m. East Noble will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.
East Noble is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They were the clear victors by a 17-0 margin over New Haven on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won six games by seven runs or more so far this season.

Jackson Leedy was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run over five innings pitched. What's more, he posted two strikeouts, the most he's had since back in April. He was also stellar in the batter's box, firing off two home runs and four RBI while going 3-for-4.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Ian Ramey, who fired off two home runs, six RBI, and three runs while going 3-for-4. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April. Another player making a difference was Rylan Hathaway, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
East Noble always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .639. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
The scorekeeper got an easy start on Thursday as neither Lakeland nor Fremont made it on the board until the fifth inning. The Lakers narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Eagles 2-1. The Lakers haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.
Carson Mickem spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on five hits and racked up 15 Ks. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Lakeland saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cole Riehl, who went 2-for-3 with one run.
East Noble's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-6. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.0 runs over those games. As for Lakeland, their record is now 14-4.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Saturday as neither team is afraid to steal. East Noble has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.8 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Lakeland struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 3.2 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
East Noble was able to grind out a solid win over Lakeland in their previous meeting on Saturday, winning 9-5. Will the Knights repeat their success, or do the Lakers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
