The University School of Milwaukee Wildcats lost against the Living Word Lutheran Timberwolves back in February of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. University School of Milwaukee took a 67-48 bruising from Living Word Lutheran. University School of Milwaukee has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Living Word Lutheran's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Eric Britton led the charge by scoring 19 points along with five assists. Britton is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last four games he's played. Easton Oliver was another key contributor, scoring 18 points along with seven rebounds.
University School of Milwaukee's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Living Word Lutheran, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-5.
University School of Milwaukee will head out on the road to face off against Brookfield Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Brookfield Academy's favor is that they have posted big point totals every time they've taken the court this season. As for Living Word Lutheran, they will be playing at home against The Prairie School at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
