Grey McMahon turned in yet another pitching appearance with more than six strikeouts on Thursday. He pitched 5.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off four hits. He is becoming a predictor of St. David's success: when he allows at most one earned run the team is 3-1 (and 2-4 when he doesn't).

McMahon and St. David's will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Coastal Christian at 4:00 p.m. on the 24th. The Warriors haven't beaten the Centurions recently, having gone 0-3 since March of 2018.
