The biggest upset of the week belonged to Manual, who took down 302nd ranked Manual, 35-8.
Richwoods was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from third to first in Mid-State 6. The Knights beat Notre Dame 34-17 earlier in the week.
Richwoods' offense has been unstoppable this season and the Knights feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Mikail Davis has thrown for 10 yards this season, while Jeremye Johnson has one catches for 10 yards. Kendrick Foster leads the league in rushing with 216 yards.
Two of the top units in the league will face off this week when Richwoods takes on the Rams. Roland Brown's team's offense has scored 18 points this season, good for No. 1 in the league, while Manual has allowed only 210 on the year.
Two highly touted recruits will be in the spotlight when the Knights and Dan Fauser's team meet this week. Richwoods features well-regarded senior Foster while the Rams has Logan Tuley-Tillman, a sought after senior.
A big matchup in Mid-State 6 this week will be when the Irish take on Peoria. Notre Dame is in third place, while the Lions are in second place.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Joe Walters's team takes on Peoria. The Irish have allowed 80 points this season, while Tim Thornton's team has given up 81.
Notre Dame and the Lions played the most hotly contested game in the league this week, with Notre Dame eventually emerging with a 33-29 victory.
