Last Tuesday, Paint Rock had to suffer through a rough 61-24 loss at the hands of the Mountaineers. Paint Rock has struggled against the Mountaineers recently, as their match on Tuesday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Meanwhile, Eden was just a bucket shy of victory on Saturday and fell 51-50 to the Mountaineers.
Paint Rock's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Eden, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-11 record this season.
Paint Rock came up short against the Bulldogs in their previous meeting back in February of 2023, falling 43-34. Can Paint Rock avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
