Meanwhile, Sulphur took their matchup at home on Friday with ease, bagging a 42-7 victory over Kingfisher. Given Sulphur's advantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma football rankings (they are ranked 25th, while Kingfisher is ranked 123rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 42.85 points. As for Sulphur, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-3.
Everything came up roses for Lincoln Christian against Sulphur in their previous meeting back in November of 2021 as the squad secured a 35-7 victory.
