Nelson is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Jada Brown was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with three steals.
Window Rock's defeat dropped their record down to 11-3. As for Ganado, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-4.
Window Rock is on the road again on Friday and play against Alchesay at 6:00 p.m. on January 5th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Arizona (Alchesay is ranked 16th, while Window Rock is ranked eighth). As for Ganado, they will be playing at home against Monument Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Monument Valley comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 25 points in their last three games, a trend the team is of course eager to reverse.
