Humble Christian got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Abby Bledsoe out in front who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 14 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Bledsoe has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Lilly McMullen, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 15 rebounds.
Second Baptist University-Model's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-7. As for Humble Christian, they pushed their record up to 12-4 with that win, which was their sixth straight on the road.
Second Baptist University-Model didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Humble Christian in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, but they still walked away with a 43-37 win.
