Lake-Lehman is 0-5 against Mid Valley since December of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Lake-Lehman Knights will head out on the road to face off against the Mid Valley Spartans at 7:00 p.m.
Last Friday, Lake-Lehman was beaten by Lakeland 50-7. Lake-Lehman was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 30-4.
Meanwhile, Mid Valley beat North Pocono 52-39 on Friday.
Mid Valley's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Richard Vinansky led the charge by scoring 20 points along with 7 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Demaja Dunston, who scored 14 points along with 3 steals.
The losses dropped Lake-Lehman to 0-2 and Lakeland to 1-1.
Lake-Lehman was taken down by Mid Valley 52-21 in their previous matchup back in December of 2022. Thankfully for Lake-Lehman, Danny Nemitz (who scored 18 points along with 5 assists) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result? There's only one way to find out.
