Hagerty was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .407. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as University only posted a batting average of .160.
Hagerty has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-6 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.1 runs on average over those games. As for University, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 17-9.
