The Salem Hills Skyhawks entered their tilt with the Timpanogos Timberwolves with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. Salem Hills claimed a resounding 50-23 win over Timpanogos at home. That 50-23 margin sets a new team best for Salem Hills this season.
Madi King continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Hattie Parkinson, who scored nine points.
Several Timberwolves players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Adele Faller, who scored four points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Faller has scored all season. Alex Thorup was another key contributor, scoring six points.
Salem Hills' victory bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Timpanogos, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.
Salem Hills will head out on the road to face off against Mountain View at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Timpanogos will be home for the holidays to greet Cedar Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Cedar Valley focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 17 on Tuesday.
