Granby Memorial is 8-2 against Bolton since February of 2018, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. Having just played yesterday, the Granby Memorial Bears will get right back to it and host the Bolton Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on February 8th. Granby Memorial will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.
On Wednesday, Granby Memorial didn't have too much trouble with East Windsor at home as they won 51-34.
Meanwhile, Bolton ended up a good deal behind Ellington on Wednesday and lost 43-28.
Defeat or not, Bolton got some senior leadership from Makenna Graves and Emma Diehl. Graves scored six points along with 11 rebounds and four steals, while Diehl. scored six points.
Granby Memorial pushed their record up to 14-4 with that victory, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Bolton, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-5.
Granby Memorial took their win against Bolton when the teams last played back in December of 2023 by a conclusive 48-25. Does Granby Memorial have another victory up their sleeve, or will Bolton turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
